WOW eBikes operates in diverse and changeable weather conditions and all tours and activities are subject to these conditions.
Management reserves the right to cancel any activity due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to, unavailability, insufficient passengers and/or unfavourable weather conditions. Clients will be assisted in rescheduling affected bookings. If booking cannot be rescheduled, the nett booking price will be refunded within 30 days. In case of a weather cancellation, weather conditions are judged exclusively by the Management of WOW eBikes and guests must report for the activity unless notified by WOW eBikes.
Cancellations & Refunds:
There will be no refunds in the event of a no-show by guest on the activity date. In the event of an amendment not received 3 days prior to activity booked, the guest will still be responsible for the full cost for the total number of passengers originally confirmed.
30 days cancellation before arrival: 100% refund
15 – 29 days cancellation before arrival: 75% refund
4 – 14 days cancellation before arrival: 50% refund
24 hrs – 3 days cancellation before arrival: 0% refund
If this product is bought as a Voucher or Gift Voucher then a 0% refund policy applies. In the unlikely event that WOW eBikes does not have access to a specific area of the booked service or voucher on the day of the tour then WOW eBikes retains the right to re-route affected tours accordingly.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Virtual Card Services stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
